L & B just received this new shipment of Bonnie Bishoff Shawl and Stick Pins. These works of art are handmade for you in Maine. Bonnie and her husband J.M. Syron have been collaborating as artists since 1987 making one of a kind furniture, sculpture and jewelry.
Bonnie has created this exuberant line of shawl pins, combining her love of color, pattern, knitting and the challenge of simple functionality. The original metal designs are cast in New England for Bonnie and J.M. who then create these polymer confections.
So pull yourself together with style and originality and enhance all your knit, woven and felted wearables today!

L & B used Malabrigo Rios a 100% superwash merino wool. This yarn is a wonderful worsted weight yarn with incredible color options and the softness of Malabrigo all in one. To take a look at the pattern just click here!
Offhand Lace by Caitlin ffrench was the perfect pattern to show off the beautiful Noro Tennen. This new yarn comes in natural colors that shift in tones highlighting its fiber content of wool, alpaca, and silk.
The pattern is simple yet keeps the creators attention by changing from one stitch pattern to the next creating texture and interest to the finished project. The original pattern calls for a bulky weight but Tennen is more of a light worsted.
We were able to create a good size piece with just two skeins of this single ply yarn. The pattern offers two versions but we used the one with the seed stitch. To take a look at the pattern just click here!
L & B Yarn Co. has Noro Tennen in six gorgeous colors!
