Offhand Lace by Caitlin ffrench was the perfect pattern to show off the beautiful Noro Tennen. This new yarn comes in natural colors that shift in tones highlighting its fiber content of wool, alpaca, and silk.
The pattern is simple yet keeps the creators attention by changing from one stitch pattern to the next creating texture and interest to the finished project. The original pattern calls for a bulky weight but Tennen is more of a light worsted.
We were able to create a good size piece with just two skeins of this single ply yarn. The pattern offers two versions but we used the one with the seed stitch. To take a look at the pattern just click here!
